What is your biggest obstacle to profitable investing?

What do you perceive to be the one thing you stress about the most?

1) Finding the funds to do deals

2) Finding deals to fix or flip?

3) Finders cash buyers or end buyers?

4) Landlording/tenants?

I know when I first stared out I had buyers for certain areas, but I was spending so much money marketing to sellers in areas where I didn't have buyers. Just curious as to what is the thing that may be keeping you from being more successful.

Hey Tracy...for me it's Patience. I want everything done yesterday. I also don't enjoy the saving money process...I like to save for my investments, just don't like the time involved. I must be careful not to jump into something, just because of my lack of patience...could be costly !!!
