I have several friends that have built with modulars in and around Asheville, have found the construction quality to be great, have found the resale value to be tremendous, and have found the construction process to be much faster and easier.

I appreciate those who have shared locations/areas they are finding success in investing.

I'm looking to see if someone has a step by step process for finding finding the right market/deal or really any information on what sites/resources to use as I search. 

What does this process look like overall? 

Account Closed The lawsuit I mentioned would be to quiet title — whether based upon the unrecorded POA, fraud, error, mistake, adverse possession, and/or anything else a local attorney could come up with that might be successful.

Despite multiple attempts to contact them via email and phone without success, my concerns have grown.

Moreover, if your asking price doesn't align with the property's financials, it can stall the selling process.
