I like the splashes of color.  

We use high quality paint, from a good paint store, that custom mixes the colors.  

I would LOVE to start working more with investors over "regular" buyers and writing up multiple low ball offers doesn't bother me... it's better than driving around looking at 25 houses for one buyer who gets cold feet and doesn't wind up buying because of paint color or something else insignificant. 

Or when the wife comes in " Thats not the color I wanted in the living room "  And I show her the signed off paint codes she signed for each room .

If not, what is the paint color?  

I had a black woman fill out an application and the following day she called on the phone and started talking crap telling me something like my apartment unit was god's house and god doesn't discern color and everyone is entitled to live ion god's house.

-Paint walls a neutral color-Update lighting under the cabinets and on ceiling-Replace floor-Leave the sink and counterThe biggest point of contention is whether or not we should replace the cabinets.

My favorite color is crisp white.
