If people can successfully have strangers come into your furnished house and sleepover = Airbnb, you can have strangers come into your empty house for a few minutes, imo) Collecting rent, requesting maintenance (except if it's an emergency), filling applications will done online only.Virtual office (depending on the regulations, a physical office maybe required.)

K. marie P.I certainly did not mean to imply that there should be more regulations I was simply pointing out that in other markets (including parts of the real estate market such as lending) it exists because at some point it was determined (rightly or wrongly) that certain parties needed protection and that at times blame also needed to be placed at the selling parties door.
