If they are in our system we have the template at our bank.. we make a request via e mail.. bank calls ME I have to give my secret code.. they run over the basics of the wire and send it out.If its a first time wire.. my office will call the title company or lawyer were we are sending funds.. and verify in writing..

There of been several title companies that have had such losses in California in the last few years so we are finding that there’s a bit more strict and us even an old private deeds of trust and mortgages.

Mine set door codes, message (or call) guests, schedule cleaners, adjust the thermostat, monitor my cameras, & call a plumber just as easily as a local PM can, for 1% of the cost.Hire good cleaners, a solid handyman & befriend some helpful neighbors.

I have not seen it in person yet, but strictly judging by the photos, it does not look like it needs a ton of work or rehab, possibly some paint and beautification.
