Stress, gone. 

If we were not in the middle of our personal moving (which as you can imagine adds a lot of stress and financial restraints), I am rather handy and would have painted the house myself, clean myself, and only bring a carpet guy to replace the carpet.

Go through your agent and save yourself the stress of getting yourself into a situation you wont know how to handle.

I don't know if it's because I am 8 months pregnant or if it's because I my husband just accepted a new job and we moved to a new state and my stress levels have been higher than usual, but I am having a hard time with these tenants. 

Sending out your first mailing campaign can be extremely stressful and overwhelming.

No stress about 1031s.

The stress, capital and time does not make it worth it for me.
