When you come up with a list of your must-haves than location choices will be easier. 

And honestly, I have had very unpleasant experiences with a few other vendors in my market.The best choice I felt I had at that point was to do it myself. 

Asset management fee is 1-1.5% of collected rents.Given a choice between that kind of a deal structure and yours, where would someone invest?

There's not a real choice here.

Hello Bigger Pockets community,I have been an avid Bigger Pockets student for the past two years and have since bought my first house and strategizing for house #2.

The choice of manufacturer in the current market for me would come down to who can get me equipment and local part support for anything this is a proprietary part.The other side of the equation is if your want to move away from gas and go with a heat pump.

We give them a choice.

But if bringing 20% down is impossible...and the BRRRR method is very hard...what is my choice? 

I feel like i have a lot of information but have no idea where to begin and/or what choices to make.

Find agents in the location of your choices and ask them questions.
