I have looked into a few ways to start off but would like to connect with people who are having success and can walk me through how to start.

My interest in real estate investing started from reading books and listening to podcasts, which got my thinking about exploring house hacking as my first venture.

If your time is worth $30 an hour and you spend 20 hours a month performing these tasks, thats $600 more in the expense category.

I worked 57 days straight, about 12-15 hours a day remodeling the whole house, I did 95% of the work myself.  

Most of those lines of credit start with 12-18 months of 0% APR, and the idea is that you can just apply for new cards once that introductory period is up.
