Learn from people who know how to make money and be profitable. 

Ripping equity from people without them knowing the options is the complete opposite of that. 

We have that kind of liability for the time people are out and about.

Places where home prices are going up fast or where there are always people looking to rent and the income is good are often best.

Attend meetups and meet as many people in RE as you can.
