Make sure your criteria is set to only include similar sized homes sold within the last 12 months (6 months is even better in this kind of market).

We also wanted to be within 30 mins of a medium sized city (~100k in population) to draw in travelers for work. 

I agree with the others who’ve already posted, you need to take action.Best move I think is to serve the notice of nonrenewal, require they move out quickly.
