New to wholesaling and need recommendations on title companies that are interested in working with wholesalers?

While  rents can be on the lower side in some areas, the key is to find properties where you can add enough value through rehab to make the numbers work.

Unfortunately, it seems like the state of Texas forbids HELOC's on investment properties and I am reluctant to do a cash out refi (or sell the properties) as my current hard money rates on these properties are between 4.5%-6%.
