Same as you can't convert a coin operated to a regular type without major work (yes, I looked into converting some extra units I have).For washers, go with top loading units, they are more reliable.Consumer Front loaders are cool, eco friendly, use less water, and electricity, and more expensive, but, they break down more.

Mine includes but not limited to, roof 25 life span, floors 10 year life span, appliances and hot water heater 12 years, hvac 20 year life span, bath and kitchen remodel 15-20 year life span.

I had an appraisal, the appraiser needed access to the storage units to get pics of the water heaters, and time was of the essence because I didn't want my locked rate to expire ( 30 day process I was on day 25).

@Tishon Greene I think renting by the room is muddying the waters a bit, especially a one car garage you'd get one additional bedroom, long term my guess is you won't rent by the room forever and will eventually transition to renting whole units.
