It is my understanding that a basic yellow letter stating that I am interested in buying the house gets a higher rate of return on responses but often times is lower quality lead where as a mailer that has more information regarding exactly what we do for people in distressed situations might get less responses but will be a higher quality lead since they know what we have to offer and that we have a general understanding of their situation and still respond anyway.

Doubt that will happen.My only piece of advice to anyone is, do NOT go cheap on repair work.If it needs to be replaced, do NOT put a band-aid on it, replace it with like type or better, you will thank me for this.The motto of our business is "Quality is remembered, long after price is forgotten".Something I picked up from a guy who first got me started in the trades a long time ago.Good Luck,Steve
