Hey Everyone,I've been a Pro-member for a year now and just obtained my Massachusetts real estate license.

 (2) getting the corporate and traveling professionals, employers, and travel nurses. (3) question: how are apartments obtained for STR as the property management companies emphasized prohibition of listings on sites like  Airbnb.  

Having an agent that specializes in one area is great if you are really set on being in that area and nowhere else but if you are open to multiple areas, you definitely want someone that can explain to you what goes on in those areas, what the rents are like, what kind of entertainment there is out there, what's the public transportation like, etc.

I suggest you obtain a commitment and then ask the title agent what they will accept to waive the requirement for a release. 

My goal is to obtain rental units, secondary goal would be to flip houses and my third goal would be to get into commercial.

My co-worker does this and his brokerage is known for training new agents so I was going to check out their programs.Pros: Gain experience in real estate buying/selling, earn money, network, obtain real estate licenseCons: I have to pay for training, etc.. so I risk losing money if I cant do any dealsI would love to hear what you guys think about these two options, do they sound like something I could realistically do?.
