The other question to ask is if the specific EP funds organized as REITs are securitizing their debt and making (debt) available via public offerings or private placements.

I would like to do it publicly in another threat and see what some experienced investors have to say.

In addition to the post office, check your local property tax office or Clerk of Court or public works/planning/building permit office.
