Sounds fishy to me.If you have children over the age of 7, you can employ them in your business by having them wash the work vehicles, empty the trash in your home office, vacuum the home office, inventory and clean tools, etc.

Thanks @Matthew Olszak, they have me dead to rights on the CRLTO violation, but just applying pressure with a 5-day notice while also sending them emails with generous offers (though not as generous as the CRLTO penalty).
