I am considering multi unit, single unit, portfolio from an investor, off-market properties or joining a syndicate; preferably less than 30 year old properties (interested in class B and above)

I agree with Darrin but, overall I prefer 2 br units over 1 bedroom.

I think what @Kortez Walker is asking is as a licensed broker who also wholesales properties what is the preference...
