So I would still have to move funds from that business account to my personal account before I pay the mortgage each month.

This year I signed up for sessions there like underwriting multifamily and cashflowing multi family in high rate environments and I'm excited to hear what they have to say, plus it's in person so lots of good networking to learn from others.

As much as I read about it, the guidance seems so wishy-washy to me. 

So, there is a set time so that tenants can sue to get it back plus additional damages.

I pitched my parents the idea of having it listed on Airbnb for next spring/summer so we can see what post graduation could look like when it is completely vacant.

I know in other markets I have set up financing for wholesalers be it 7 days  or 30 days etc allowing them to actually close so they are not risking losing thier deals and all the money and time they put into getting them.  

So in practice, it might not mean a lot. 

If the pwnership frequently changes perhaps the property doesnot live up to expectations so the owner dumps it to some other sucker, I mean owner. 

If so, how strong is the market growing out there?
