I've looked at the 3rd-party offerings on their platform for a while now, but don't have the time/focus to put together my own portfolio at this time.

Background: New REI, purchased my first investment property this past Spring- 4 unit complex (2 BR, 1 Bath, 720 sq ft each)- All expenses approx $2075/month (principle, interest, insurance, taxes, water, sewer, rainy day fund monthly addition, online tenant pay platform)- C-/D type property, slowly renovating to B class- Rents at purchase: $625, $625, $685, empty - Current Rents: $675, $675, $715, $900 I have had my share of expenses (learning opportunities) as I am doing a full renovation on a property that had a ton of deferred maintenance, but it was what I was targeting.

@Yonah Weiss, this is definitely a great platform to form and nourish relationships with other like minded individuals.

Theres quite a few RE investors from the Saskatoon area already on BP's, this is a great platform to meet local and active investors.  

After listening to Brandon and following such talented and smart investors on this platform I am encouraged to pick up a deal.

Do you use other platforms like VRBO?  

Or if you do have the experience, simply make it known you are looking for a competent partner with property management experience or working knowledge on every forum, social media, meetup or platform.
