You'd have to be dedicated and hustle.

Might want to look into a commercial only brokerage to really get trained up.I see this frequently where residential agents look at commercial with big eyes and paychecks but do not understand it's a whole different world that needs your complete dedication and not undivided interests between selling residential and commercial etc.That's just how I see it personally to be the absolute best at just a few things with intensive experience to give the most value to my clients.There are a few companies that do everything in more rural type towns but most suburban to urban it's specialized.
