That said the lack of consistency is a huge pet peeve of mine as well.

It was not a pet. 

County government loves pet projects for donors. 

Reason: No pets, good credit, longevity.

I remember researching EB-5 visas for the owner of a prior company, as he was trying to build a pet project corporate retreat/hotel/ranch.

Being someone who had to pay pet fees and pet rent when I rented recently, I feel differently about this issue.  

I'm looking at contracting a property to wholesale. the property has a horrible pet odor in it and theres no flooring anywhere.

Not really sure what your goal is in regards to making your life more difficult.There is no logic in a pet owner buying a rattle snake to experience a snake bite.If you want to do section 8 modify your screening for that purpose, concentrate on credit history and previous landlords as most on welfare are not measured by income.
