I’ve not had many “bad” tenants but the ones I’ve had were not screened properly and obviously were just moved in to rapidly fill vacancies.

They are expected to do sales, customer service, management, accounting, marketing, people management, etc. and be paid what you would pay, in any other business, for just one of those positions.

It has tenants in place until 2025 paying $1150/unit. 

You will pay for the appliances and installation.

My understanding is: most sellers will pay their commission, but what if they don’t or they only pay a portion of it?

I also career changed and took a pay cut.

They provided the old lease that has expired, but no proof there is even a proper lease in place right now.

I can also assume that the curtains aren't gliding properly if guests need to use more force to pull them over.
