Wow, so you are saying that it doesnt matter that I've held the replacement property for less than 1 year because the hold period will take into account the original property that was exchanged?

So once the three years for the original loan is up the bank will assess the property and from there will finance your new loan hopefully at a lower interest rate if your application goes through.
