Should all be good now.This gives me a thought to consider, but as a first pass, here are my thoughts:My “day job” pays well, and I’ve been with the company long enough (24 years) to feel confident in their financial and market stability, and my place within the organization.

I can speculate that maybe in some pockets there would be much less inventory ready to rent if left to local organic growth or lack there of.

I am highly organized and plan out everything.

irrevocable family trust  does a good job.LLC at least for me is just an accounting function and to clearly denote investment from personal. 

This tool has been a game changer for our contracting business as the partners can assign each other tasks and communicate over the platform to keep everything organized.

As with any organization, the timeliness and work product also depends on the loan officer.
