Hello,I was hoping to receive some advice regarding the best business account to use specifically to handle larger wires on a tight timeframe. 

I'm considering posting a development project on one of them for funding, but I'm not sure which one if any of these is worth it.

Based on my understanding, the loan for $150K w/ 20% down would be ~$1150/month (tax, hoa, and P/I).

Seller financed. 

I had a guest check in on Saturday 10/5 and another on Sunday 10/6 (two different units).  

Now I'm on to the next step: covering the tax bill from my side gig, saving, and repairing my credit.

I'm currently working on scaling up quickly through purchasing large SFR portfolios and/or apartments, and I've spoken to a few sellers willing to carry back a seller 2nd note of 20-30% (i.e. the down payment).

We just signed a 63 unit two weeks ago and have signed on a 67 unit this past Friday.

If I'm doing the work to build direct bookings, I don't want to pay commission on that.
