Student loan debt is stacked against the consumer in numerous ways. 

On the numerous podcasts I have heard so many numbers thrown around that are important to understand a good deal: cash on cash, ROI, ROE, etc.I have been searching around the forums for about an hour and have not been able to find a discussion that leads to a simple answer. 

I was watching The Matrix yesterday and it got me thinking about mental perception of ones self.

My wife and I have a diversified  portfolio of stocks in numerous accounts as well as real estate.  

You can diversify into numerous asset classes that are probably too expensive for you to do completely on your own such is much larger multi family, office, or real estate etc.

Perception matters, because I am knew to this side of the business, I don't know what that is. 

She has ruined numerous balusters from hanging onto them instead of the hand railing going down the steps.

I work for a local bank here in houston and I have financed numerous small unit multifamily properties in prime areas--particularly montrose and heights.

She must have felt very, very strongly on the subject to speak so badly of her own listings.The perception is that if you live in a co-operative apartment, not only will your neighbors know all there is to know about you including your uncle's pajama size, they will also tell you exactly when you're allowed to blow your nose and when you're not.
