All things being equal most folks will go for a yerd as that is the reason they are in a suburb5.

The thing is with 10 million+ visitors a year to that area, you get all kinds of folks.  

I think there's a bad habit of folks simply saying "evict, evict, evict" without really having the details of a situation, or fully understanding the painstaking process and fees which can be associated with evictions. 

I have a few other applicants, but no one as qualified as these folks. 

I’m having a hard time finding folks with experience with these transactions.  

It's been great hearing other stories from folks outside of real estate, and I find that many of their ideas are still relevant to me in my own entrepreneurial endeavors even though they're doing stuff I have no interest in like reselling on eBay or running online retail stores. 

Perhaps next time you folks meet up I'll join.
