As long as you are doing the eviction legally and by the book there is no problem.What I find crazy is how now that elections are coming up the city is "buying votes" through giving out free gas gift cards, etc. instead of just cutting city gas taxes :X but that's chicago politics for you.

Sounds like you are looking at Princeton.I think it is a consideration....no matter where you're looking.Especially with gas prices.Might be a good idea to buy within walking distance of schools.
