Unfortunately, vehicles are personal property, and what you have is abandoned personal property.

I haven't done enough research to find all of the legal and insurance ramifications of these 4-plexes with owner units but they sound like a great house hack vehicle worth looking into.

I would expect any good CPA to be able to perform similar functions to a strategist, for example, helping you determine entity type to use as your investment vehicle (partnership, disregarded entity, corporation (C or S) or partnership). 

I believe that any sentient being should understand the consequences of decisions that are being made at the top that are affecting prices for the energy that heats our homes, powers our vehicles, powers the coal fired plants, and keeps our economy going. 

The solo K is a superior product though for most needs and Kaaren doesn't seem to offer much for this vehicle.
