@David White PSI testing has a list of test practice material on their website.

There was one REIA in Rockland but it doesn't appear to be active anymore.The meeting in Rockland is still active.For some reason he let the website expire and hasn't fixed it.  

The contracts for every state are different, and can usually be found on the state's Department of Real Estate website. 

@Michael Schwob If you go to the website meetup.com or download the free app, there are tons of meetings going on in Las Vegas almost every night.

Everyone says to go to your counties website having the subject property address and do a property look up.  

I have done lots of reading, research, watching webinars and videos, and finally landing here at this website.

And with an apartment building the maintenance could me more of a responsibility if another unit leaks on it etc
