So I've been using the app a lot lately and i was curious why I wasn't getting any notifications ( I was answering a lot of questions and trying to connect with a lot of people).

This will include listing on the MLS, various apps/websites, conducting showings and hopefully collecting applications (it is incredibly helpful if they have their own rental application process).

I'm looking for something that can track all my acquisitions and dispositions with alerts for closing dates, etc.

There's an app called Dealcheck and if you're a BP paying member then you can use their rental property calculator.

Rent collection through the app isn't needed.

@Mayer M.Look into apps, software and tech tools as todays renters exspect it and it makes things so easy.

@Gerardo Lewis you can use an app like DealCheck.

The best laugh was just the amount of mail that kept showing up with new approved/declined creditcard apps, loans, hospital bills (dozens of drug, maternity, and weapon related injuries), etc., all to new names I did not recognize over the next 12 months. 

Also, have them give you access to homesnap. it's an APP that is backed by the MLS so the data is current.
