Some marketplaces that come to my mind are Grays Ferry, Port Richmond or Brewerytown.

use Facebook marketplace that way you can see their profiles .

CL is an awesome marketplace; people selling there really just need tools to help themselves stand out (in a good way).

You could post specifics of your deal in the Marketplace. 

(i.e. price, gross/net income, anticipated cap rate, etc)Also, not that I care in the slightest personally but, just as a heads-up,  I am sure that someone will be chiming in about how this post is not in the right section of the forums and needs to be moved to the marketplace.
