What percentage of housing demand in and around Metro Atlanta is section 8, and is it worth marketing more to affordable housing?

I marketed the property at 200 but I am still not finding anyone.

If you are under 35 (i think) you might be able to get a rural development or beginning farmer loan.

Another option could be to talk with the local cable provider to see what kind of marketing package they will offer. 

Market will also be more stable then after the elections

I already own property in Oklahoma (a quad) but I live in San Diego, so I want to enter my own market and this would be a more affordable way to do that. 

As Kate mentioned above there is definitely some marketing efforts needed but once established its about keeping up good reviews and that's all about the guest experience.
