However, be sure to leave them detailed instructions on how to use the machine, because you do not want anyone to wreck it.

The IRS instructions and web site lead me to believe that you can't download the form, but you can order it to be mailed to you. 

Also, to get the 10 year warranty your system HAS TO BE REGISTERED with the manufacturer.

They are manufactured homes, so it is pretty much what you would expect in that price range.

One of the owners of a manufacturing company (a boss) was a 16 years old.

It may take some time to get there, but it will be worth it because the money is cheaper, the loan to values are higher and your out of pocket expense will be less.If you have the money for down payment at your current score, take at least a portion of that money and follow the instructions on a "What if" scenario or "Wayfinder" scenario a credit report. 

Blew my mind.Now I know every property is subjective,so not every house,apartment,manufactured etc can be interchanged for profit analysis, but from my eyes,if you find something that cant possibly NOT bring cash flow unless its GROSSLY mismanaged....how can it not be a quality investment? 

Must have detailed instructions as you are not going to be there to talk with them....working remotely as a lot of people have learned in the last 2 years is great, but it does have its challenges.
