I am not sure yet about the Kitchen, but it isn't very big and shouldn't be too expensive.Unfortunately, the copper pipes were just stolen, so now I have to get those replaced too.

I was paying $651 per month in the residence hall for a room without a kitchen and a horrible roommate.

New roof, new furnace, new water heater, new flooring, kitchen and bath needed to be rehabbed, new windows, etc.

I think most places in America if you look at the front of the house has a two car garage with internal access see walk and enjoy the kitchen and you can see the outside backyardWhy?

I put some pretty awesome travertine tile throughout a kitchen and bathroom.

The home was totally remodeled in 2008 ( new windows, doors, sliding glass doors, deck, wall retexture, tile and wood flooring, carpets in bedrooms, paint, cabinets, bathrooms tiled, shower tiled, new vanities, new kitchen cabinets, granite tile counters, light fixtures, forced air unit installed, new appliances, everything.

I scheduled a time to look into the home and when the time came we went to see it... kitchen had caught a fire and is in complete ruins, there is mold on the ceilings around the place, fire in kitchen went thru the roof and they placed a cardboard over it but from the inside you can still see outside, critters have come thru and torn up the place, the floorboards are all crumpled and lifted, garage is full of trash, the land hasn't been touched for any type of landscaping or lawn maintenace, inground pool is full of sea-like-weed but the biggest issue that I seen was when as soon as you go thru the backdoor into the home are stairs that lead to the basement.
