If his schedule doesn't match yours he may be able to refer you to another great choice.

I’ve posted about this many times - I prefer the too-big house method where I buy in a high-job-density area a 4-6 bedroom house with 2-3 bathrooms and I rent out spare rooms to professionals (1 person per room).

I have a full-time job and the pay is not that bad.

In addition to all of that, I immediately got a meetup going in Bend, which was handed off to @Grayson Graham  and he's been doing an incredible job building on it. 

A rehab/renovation doesn't seem feasible with my work schedule.

An old job had me in the city regularly working with the population directly.

On the next one we will immediately schedule inspectors, get multiple quotes, analyze all the documents, etc.

This however changed recently when my friend (landlord) recently got a new job and is having to relocate.
