I would steer away from any free hosting websites, as you will only have a sub-domain, and it looks unprofessional.I help create websites for real estate investors using Wordpress and responsive themes (optimized for mobile), and my primary experience, beyond being a real estate investor, is with Internet Marketing - Branding, SEO, Content, etc. 

Don't move your family somewhere you guys don't end up liking to chase real estate because some guy you don't know on the internet said so

I'm budgeting $400 a month, but a cursory internet search reveals some banks ask as little as $250/unit/year.

Do not just print out some contract on the internet, this won't work here. 

And the internet is perfect for networking for those not all that excited about doing it....you don't really have to talk to anyone!

Have already browsed internet (BP, RealtyTrac to name a few) for pointers on places to invest in Rentals. 

Other than that, it is starting to become a whisper in the fast growing age of the internet.

Hey guys I m Adam,  I'm new to real estate invest and haven't made any moves towards starting investing in real estate outside of of consistent book reading and internet articles.

to create jobs and impressive hotel development projects.I feel more like a Concierge : ) service because it takes so much handholding to help people new to the USA to get a soc sec #, find a place to live here, turn on power, water, internet, set up a bank  account, get furniture, dishes, pots and pans! 

I am currently using the internet to learn more about deals in the area and orient myself to Birmingham.
