Most properties can be run with very little human interaction through automated processes.

My best advice would be to start listening to some of the podcasts, read the blogs, interact on the forums, and be ready to learn.

I would suggest you attend classes in a classroom environment to gain the benefit of interaction with the other students, some of which may already be agents taking continuing education. 2.

I get so much more from real class and interaction with teachers/professors.

TLDR: Over the course of a 3-year relationship with Memphis Invest, I had multiple negative interactions and moved my portfolio to a different PM.I am in the Air Force and move every 2-3 years.

You have to vet people you interact with and find the ones that are aligned with your goals. 

Aceable agent is the most interactive and informative one out there.
