In reality, there is much more involved with the tax brackets, other deductions, exemptions, children, etc. 

., current interest rates, and history of dividends vs. future returns—all imperfect indicators of the future, to be sure—does not inspire much confidence in future performance, at least for now.

Until having children, veterinary medicine really maximized my time.

I know it is something that is already been done over and over and is not new because as the old children's book goes there is nothing new under the sun.

First I plan on having enough properties for them to pay for all my children to go to college and then I plan on them funding most of my retirement.

This is an exciting strategy that will yield tremendous tax free returns (as soon as I get it rented).Hopefully this post will serve as inspiration for those out there just sitting and waiting or stuck with analysis paralysis. 

A colleague of mine from Alabama has a good deal of experience in tax liens and through our conversations it's inspired me to really take some first actions towards delivering on my own passions in real estate.Looking forward to connecting with different people and gaining a wealth of knowledge, and hopefully passing that along to the future generation!
