There are mice droppings everywhere and insect eggs (I assume gnats) hanging from the ceiling.  

Otherwise, I think the people part is kinda awesome, it makes me less nervous than if it were financials only!

Alright BP. the game is getting more serious by the day as I come closer to finalizing the home improvements and to start marketing/screening potential tenants... nervous for the screening/taking phone calls part but bring it on...Anyway,I have noticed how busy I got after closing on the 1st property.  

We look forward to starting and learning and hope that soon we can jump right in although I will say we are nervous especially because of the lack of funds.

Not sure if you're interested in Section 8/Govt subsidy programs in Baltimore (there are a few) but I've read it's a little different there. 

I am nervous the market in Moorestown isn't a renters market so finding tenets may take longer.

I'm a little nervous but I think I'm ready to take the plunge.

I get nervous about it though because I'm not sure how long this surge will last and how much more the properties will appreciate.

I'm thinking these homes are mainly in the ghetto area though, so it makes me nervous to buy.
