It’s hard to sell something that I work so hard for, I’m just not sure if it’s a good decision. 

Approval is based on the company applicant; the individual occupants are simply screened for criminal and I want to make sure I have their contact information for any issues regarding the rental.I hope that helps!

I would advise you to fully understand all the pros and cons/risks of the market so that you could make an educated decision on if it is for you or not. 

You want an accountant that can help you strategize and who is responsive when you want to know the tax consequences of the decisions you are making throughout the year.Good luck in your search.
