We are at the monetization phase of BP where content is driven to the newbie who will buy books etc etc.

Each new deal or new phase of your career will bring on the same fear and anxiety.

You're in the learning phase and having the right relationships will help your learning curve tremendously.

We have 4 units completely turned over and are in the middle of Phase 1 refinance.  

EPA Phase 1/2 or Canadian equivalent.
