Hi Halifax Real Estate Investors!

It's been a while since I've been on biggerpockets.  An update from myself - we closed on another 8 unit in January with a joint-venture partnership.  We purchase the 8 unit building for $660,000 and it appraised for $713,000.  Our other 8 unit on Herring Cove is moving along nicely now.  We have 4 units completely turned over and are in the middle of Phase 1 refinance.  

I wanted to post on here to see what investors are thinking on the market in Halifax these days? It's no secret the market here blew up during the pandemic.  What is everyone doing to find deals? Do you think there are deals to be found? Comment your thoughts! I'd love to hear them
