I am very mixed with what my next steps should be, the property is a 3 hour flight from me so it is not crazy far, but I wouldn't be able to manage it on my own and would of course need a property manager.I'd love to hear from everyone to see what more experienced real estate individuals think.

I do not prefer them in the house - the pit bull in any rental is a not only a NO but a HELL NO.I text the tenant and ask him to call me tonight - he does - I ask him about the extra tenant (step daughters boyfriend) amongst other family living in the house above 18 that is not on the lease - (I'm thinking in this smaller 3/2 house there may be 5-6 adults and up to 4-6 kids living there) - Tenant lies about boyfriend living there.

And yes, fein should suffice, i remember there was an individual service offered by www.mynewcompany.com or .net but seemed like they changed name or bought out, the logo is still the same so not sure if services changed.
