Lord knows, I could only imagine the feeling after I close my first deal.

As you can imagine, these smaller single family homes are much harder to come across, so having a great team is ideal to locate, and quickly analyze/qualify a deal that you can jump on before its sold. 

I'd imagine It's gonna be hard for you to find a loan most likely if you don't have employment.

There are also broken windows, so I imagine years of neglect has just cause water to seep in the basement with nowhere to go.

Of course we have no clue how much needs to be done from the post but think of something as cheap as carpet (about as cheap a sq foot as you can imagine and I know it has radiant floors) think of $5.00 a sq foot for Lowes cheap carpet, pad and install.... it's $35,000.

I imagine this would also be easier in smaller markets than Auckland, but that finding contractors in these areas would be tougher. 

That’s what I was thinking, I couldn’t imagine it being dry but he made it sound terribly expensive.

I imagine Alabama gets super hot around this time of year.

This is juts a guess, but imagine what house would sell for $3000, maybe its only worth the land value because the house is a wreck..!!??
