I put together a list of properties that I intend to send letters to and just need help with the wholesaling process i.e contract, process etc.Totally willing to give away any profit on the first few deals to someone who is willing to walk me through the process/teach.

Hey Robert,Being up front with your buyers and sellers is very important in this situation.I'm not sure about PA or NJ but in NY we write our contracts so that the buyer of your home and seller of your new home are OK with either having a double closing or closings near each other.

For tracking each campaign I use excel however any call backs, appointments, warm/hot leads, contracts and deals all get entered into my CRM so I can notate and follow up appropriately.

I then found a news report on Aftermath which makes them look pretty shadyhttp://www.abc2news.com/news/local-news/investigat...Ironically though I was looking through the fine print of the Prestige Worldwide's contract and they specifically highlight mechanical liens in their contract so I feel like they're just as shady.
