I know in mobile home parks it's typical for the owners to reserve the right to accept or deny any pet with no reasons given. 1. reach the dog owner and have a conversation to see if they can keep the dog inside if the kids are outside2. notify the HOA of an aggressive (if that's the case) animal near kids.3. check height limitations set by the HOA bylaws. 4. contact animal control if all else fails.If the dog has ever bitten someone that will be on record if they reported it.
