Arcadia is a great place; one of my most favorite little relaxing wine bars is tucked away in the neighborhood over there, Postino's Wine Bar.I lived in AZ for over a long time.

Bar, someone took their place.If no luck there, call a closing company in the area and see who is being appointed as Trustee at settlements, most likely they will have an attorney.

If I saw that the deal kept me in the green I would find the funds to cover the difference.

Make sure to get the naan with green onions, it's fantastic.

I am learning a few useful things from my bar preparation.
