Food in the fridge?

I put myself in the shoes of the guests when they could potentially see roaches in the food cupboards or a rat running around.

He cleans them up, puts up decorative lights and speakers for music and then leases out sections of it to local food truck vendors.

I'm not an experienced flipper so take my advice with a grain of salt, but there are so many things that could go wrong between signing a contract and getting the title.

AND DOES NOTHING.But out of the people who are willing to actually do something, at least 90% of them would rather start looking at duplexes than figure out how much they owe the credit card companies and write down what they spend on fast food for 30 days.

Or would you keep slugging away closing transactions to put food on the table until you keel over for good?⁣⁣

And I don't own a laundromat so take this with a grain of salt, but from what I understand it somewhat depends on how its set up, you can have the building held in one entity, and then the business itself could lease the space from building owner. 

Just out of curiosity, and I really do mean this, where do the people who work in fast food, retail, grocery, the gig economy, lowbrow restaurant service, hospital/nursing care, and all the other poorly-paid jobs live?

I would take anything that the agent tells you with a grain of salt.
