My original plan has been to purchase a town home in Texas and then live in it off of the saved up cash flow while in school so that I can essentially live there free.You said in your post that a conventional loan down payment was 3.5-5%.

Hey everyone,I have been lurking for a while, so I thought I would finally step out and introduce myself.I am a seventeen-year old home schooled senior.

We have decided to make the minimum monthly payments on our school loans, for much of the same reasons you already listed.

Since 70% of people are retirerees, I wasn't too concerned about jobs in the area, however here's what is going on according to city's chamber of commerce:major public employers are school, library, post office, county government; major private employers are Safeway, a few copper mines, real estate.

Also - check your local real estate school.

I am currently in school with six credits left on my Business/Entrepreneurship degree, and would like to add to this education with real world experiences.

I helped and encouraged her to go to school and get a job in the medical field.

I am a 16 year old high school student from the Manhattan, Kansas area.

I was an entrepreneur before returning back to school here (also did undergrad here).

I graduated from Michigan State University this summer with a BA in Finance.
